Office / Business Manager (Maternity Cover)

With motor industry experience.
The role involves the day to day running of the office and management of company operations, including sales, vehicle processing  and delivery and after sales support.
Candidates must show experience in customer care and business administration as well as an understanding of dealer operations / operational processes.
Personable, good telephone manner, diligent administrator and organiser. Good PC skills essential.
 

Senior Sales Manager (consumer sales)

With experience in the sales of cars, motorcycles, commercial or recreational vehicles or industrial equipment.
The role involves both b2b and b2c selling but preference will be given to candidates with good ‘shop’ or ‘showroom’ experience.
Candidates must bring enthusiasm for the product range.
Supervision experience would be preferred but is not essential.
Customer contact experience, personable, good telephone manners but also good negotiation skills,
 

B2B Sales Manager

With experience in the sales of cars, motorcycles, commercial or recreational vehicles or industrial equipment.
The role involves both b2b selling and preference will be given to candidates with experience in the public buying sector as well as the corporate sector.
Candidates must bring enthusiasm for the product range and an engagement with the issue of climate change but must also have the gravitas to deal with business buyers.
Customer contact experience, personable, good telephone manners but also good negotiation skills. Diligent administrator and organiser and good PC skills essential
 

Accounts & Office Executive

AAT or similar to take care of the accounting administration of NICE Car Company: invoicing, payables, financial administration (Iris system), management accounts, VAT administration etc.
Capable of improving existing systems to keep up with company growth, e.g. purchase order system, internal payroll, automated customer billing and more.
Should also be prepared to spend majority of working time in other tasks including customer enquiries and service and administrative tasks & office functions, assisting all other departments in our small but fast growing company.
Role requires customer contact experience, personable, good telephone manners and a diligent administrator and organiser. Good PC skills essential.
 

Technician

Experienced car technician with general workshop skills. Experience on hybrid or electric vehicles is a plus but not essential.
Must be personable and presentable and comfortable to deal direct with customers.
